Mighty Media Team

We are in a new conflict here!Our media teams have merged together, but there is a small problem, both media teams are trying to fight to become the best media team. If we loose the other media team will gather all of our information and ideas.(wich i dont think is fair) If we win we we will become the leaders and owners of the other media team.But we also have a third option we will merge together but both stay in their own little groups and be counted as equal. In my opinion i gho for the third option. becoming one whole team wont be a good idea.we have diffrent point of viewn....what should we do?
